NightLong Privacy Policy

NightLong does not collect any data about you. Not anonymously, not in aggregate, not at all.

What Is Collected

Nothing.

NightLong has no account system, no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs of any kind.

Network Access

NightLong makes no network requests. It cannot send data anywhere because it never connects to anything.

The app contains no audio files. Every sound is generated mathematically on your device as it plays, which is why the app works with no signal, no Wi-Fi and in aeroplane mode.

What Is Stored on Your Device

NightLong remembers three settings so the app opens the way you left it:

• which sound you last selected
• your volume level
• your sleep timer choice

These are stored using Apple's standard preferences system in the app's own private storage on your device. They are never transmitted. They are deleted when you delete the app.

Permissions

NightLong requests no permissions. It does not use the microphone, camera, location, contacts, photos, health data, or notifications.

The app declares the Audio background mode so sound continues while your screen is locked. This is a playback capability, not a data permission, and gives the app no access to any information about you.

Children's Privacy

NightLong is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date at the top.
